“I cannot say anything wrong about products. I was ordering only one type of bread, it was really well made and tasty. It's nothing about bread... This is the worst company I ever dealt with. Despite their declarations they don't care about customers and completely don't keep their promises. I'm again short almost £20, because Heylo dared take money from my bank account. I spoke to them couple of times and they promise me to find what is wrong. There is no existing subscription on my Heylo account, but money are taking every week. I'm so tired and disgusted of this company practice. Take my honest advice, never deal with them.”

Hi, Lovely to hear that you're enjoying Heylo bread, thanks for sharing. Heylo slices are smaller than hi-carb bread as they are packed with protein and fibre. “The bread arrived covered in mold. The postal conditions need to be looked at to ensure freshness. I cannot comment on the bread items as they are being replaced but the granola is lovely.”

“I didn't think i was going to like it but very tasty bread. have just received my second order. Very quick delivery. So far I've tried the white bread, crackers, bagels and granola - all good. Will be buying again.”

“I didn't enjoy any of the bread , the seeded one was hard and didn't toast properly and the white one had no taste at all . IAM sorry but I shall not be buying any more thank you .”

“I ordered the white bread and rolls The rolls looked great and were lovely and soft and springy But unfortunately just had a funny taste. Never liked the bread at all. But the best low carb rolls I’ve had. Sorry will not be re ordering”

“Arrived covered in mould, has a week on the best before date which is clearly wrong. Really disappointed! Will go back to buying the hi-lo sainsburys version instead as at least it’s fresh and I’d actually get to eat it!!”
