LOVED the items I ordered. It's my first time ordering from this company and I tried the bread, palmini spaghetti and the bluebbery keto jam. I was really really pleased with the taste and quality! My order was delivered very quickly too. Will definitely be coming back very frequently, especially for the bread! Yummy :)

Very disappointing experience from Heylo. Amazing product range which I would have likely purchased from again and again but I paid for fast delivery 10 days ago and I'm still waiting.....the logistics company they use are awful. They aparrently tried on Friday to deliver but as there was no one in they were going to try the next day, I added an instruction on the courier's website that they can leave in my shed in case they came back the next day. Saturday rolled round and no e-mail to say they were trying to redeliver that day, Sunday came and randomly I DID get a redelivery notification that my parcel was to be delivered today...were now at 22:19 and the tracking advises that the item was been out for delivery since 11 this morning. I originally ordered over a week ago with fast delivery, Heylo then refunded the delivery fee as they'd aparrently sold out of bread that week. It would be really great for customers if at this point they can advise either sold out or preorder only. I would have preferred they didn't refund the delivery fee initially and got my things to me quicker when they came back into stock. It's a shame as there were so many things I wanted to try from their website, but as the majority of the products require a degree of freshness given that it is bread, I would be reluctant to order again and have to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery, when I'd initially paid for 1-2 day postage.

Hi Francesca, Very sorry to hear that you have had a terrible experience getting your order delivered to you. We try very hard to offer excellent customer service, but the recent delivery issues are very much out of our control. We can't use Royal Mail due to their continuous strikes, and DPD has advised that they have a huge back log due to the terrible recent weather and also everyone switching to use them as no Royal Mail. We will always refund or send out replacement items if they arrive not fresh due to delayed delivery times, and our customer service team are very quick at getting back to our customers to advise of any issues. Once again, very sorry that you have not had our usual 1st class Heylo experience and if you do decide to order from us again in the new year just send us an email prior and we will happily add in a few extra goodies! On the whole very pleased with the products,though quite expensive.won’t be buying the Fatt biscuits again as over £2 for one small biscuit is ridiculous.

Ordered for the first time as I am on a low carb diet. Love the product variety. There was a problem with my shipping address on the system and when I contacted Heylo they quickly changed it and my order arrived on time within 2 days of placing the order. And I am in love with the bread! Have to try the other products out but I am very happy so far - 5 stars.

Products are great and everything is fine until something goes wrong with delivery! Customer Services team are very lacking in helping customers get their order and after over 2 weeks of waiting and having to keep getting in touch it has still not arrived!!!! Very poor service!

Like other customers have mentioned, placed an order with 1-2 day delivery. Did not receive the majority of the products till 5 days later, and after chasing customer service twice. The hot cross buns were missing as they were out of stock. I was told that there would be further delay because of the heat and would receive them beginning of next week. Still haven’t received the product or a response from customer service. It’s a shame because everything was delicious and could be a game-changer for people on keto… Such a shame.

Loved the products but was bitterly disappointed with total lack of customer service when I tried to tell them my bre3ad had been flattened by being in the same box as heavier products. I wrote to customer services twice and had no reply and even thought their bread is the best I have tried, I will not use again unless they manage to respond to my genuine complaint

I love the product, don't get me wrong, but the way the company hook you in with discounts, then hike up the free delivery charges really takes advantage of those people who rely on a low carb diet. I will not be using you again.

Ordered a month ago, paid for a 4 day delivery. Haven’t received my order yet as it hasn’t been delivered. I have since received an usual amount of phone calls and junk emails since asking for me to confirm my address or they can’t deliver. Not one of the delivery company names is the same. Maybe a coincidence but something doesn’t sit right. I have contacted Heylo they say they’ll message back but haven’t so far. Oh well enjoyed the money I wasted on your company and I’d advise everyone to steer well clear.
