“Food was beautifully packed and delivered quickly. Small issue with the bread which was replaced within a couple of days. The bread and the rolls are delicious.”

“So happy to have found Heylo , saved me hours of making and baking horrible low carb bread at home , Heylo's is so much better than all the other recipes I have tried , their other products are also very good , I really love the tomato ketchup , best I have tried , they are very fast at processing your order and I think the postage is very reasonable . Well done Heylo. I recommend you to everyone.”

“Box with goodies arrived beautifully packaged and then my heart fell... Entirely my own fault but I didn't check the ingredients for the bread or rolls and there is gluten/wheat in both of them. I think, being new to Keto, I presumed there would be no wheat/gluten in them as most of the recipe books I have don't use wheat... but as I said, my own fault for not checking, and I've passed them on to a friend who is diabetic so they will be enjoyed anyway. Otherwise I've no complaints at all and the seed crackers were fab!”

“I am Harry Georgiou, I have met Heidi in person at the Natural Organic Products Europe Exhibition, nice and pleasant lady and their stand looked quite good, and they had good products there too. One day in the long term future when possible, I would look forward to working with her in as I work for an organic food company www.goldenvirginfoods.com who supplies wholesalers and other retail customers.”

“Lack of communication, slow dispatch/delivery. Not impressed by customer service. Sent 2 emails before I got a response, so doubt I will use them again. Shame as products seem good”

“I received clear and honest response to my queries about vegan qualities of the products which was very helpful. Bread is actually delicious and I am so happy to have a 'normal' type of bread that also caters to my low carb needs for my blood sugar levels. I am completely happy with Heylo staff and products.”

“Hi I ordered 5 loaves of the low carb bread. I’ve nearly finished the first one, and it tastes fantastic. I live low carb and have missed my sandwiches. I will definitely be ordering more.
