“I’ve used you twice. It seems like men suck at understanding how to use the card interface. I’m a guy and I guess I’m just more emotionally connected than the players in my online gaming group. I don’t have a an issue putting it together and sending it out for signatures and editing it and sending to the recipient. But emotionally unconnected men appear to suck at it. I don’t think anyone in my group has figured out how to sign a card and add creative content without making a mess. The help you leave them can’t penetrate their thick skulls and monosyllabic mindset. I don’t know how you could have made it easier for them but maybe going back to basic UX design for dummies. Then again, maybe they aren’t your target audience?”
