“Cant say anything about product quality as I still haven't received my order. The reason being because they put their contact info on the shipping information so I wasn't receiving emails from DPD which delayed my order by another week as the order was held by customs due to brexit until I paid customs fees and import tax but I didn't know it was being held as I wasn't receiving emails and I only found out it was being held by customs because I emailed eibach asking wheres my order as I haven't even gotten an "order dispatched" email. They emailed back quickly (within an hour) saying my order was in my country and due to be delivered by end of week then emailed me again forwarding an Email from DPD which was an email stating "final reminder to pay customs fees" so I paid it and wasn't too bothered yet but then the order was due to be delivered today (2 weeks after I initially ordered) but of course the contact details were wrong and probably used their own number and because of this DPD said they couldn't contact me and because of that they said I missed delivery so I had to log into DPD wizard and change all the contact info to the correct info which shouldve been there in the first place and wouldn't have delayed my order by an entire week”

“Swift efficient service .Springs for MK1 Mazda3 MPS. Delivered to NI in 2 days .Cant ask for more in the current climate. Cats no included!”

“The thread studs are 5mm too long. Caused wheel wobble that bent or unseated one of the studs. FORTUNATELY I AM NOT DEAD. I relayed the situation to Eibach who were super quick to inform me that they are of superior German engineering, and that the issue is with my OE car and not the spacers. They are so far refusing to sort this out. I bought these spacers nearly 4 months ago now. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.”

“Great experience, spoke to guy on phone (forgot his name) who made sure i was ordering correct parts, once ordered online as promised they were delivered to me on time.. would definitely use again and also promote company to my friends.”

“Disappointing.... If my product was going to be delivery in 3 weeks and not next day or in few days then it should have been made clear at the time of purchase and not later Miscommunication to customers is not the right way to run business I dont know when i am going to get my product”

“Hi, its tricky to give a review as when I ordered the springs online it said in stock and next day delivery available for additional cost. I have since found out that in fact the springs aren't in stock and I would have to wait 3 weeks plus for springs to arrive and has left me with out the use of my vehicle. The additional delivery cost has since been refunded but it has left me with out my vehicle. Hopefully the springs come sooner.”
