“I completed my IOSH training: Good and interesting content however the format seems a little outdated and can become a little difficult to remain focused whilst going through all the slides, I feel as though it needs to be modernised a little to become more interactive as I enjoyed the slides where you were asked to choose answers etc.,”

“Concise course with very clear information and instructions. Very easy to work through and on-line training gives the flexibility to progress at your own pace, plus the ability to re-read material to ensure a thorough understanding. Also, the tutors are on-hand should any further clarification be needed.”

“The training overall was very useful and constructive. Although some of the modules were a bit lengthy, they thoroughly covered all areas of Health and Safety and provided the necessary means of understanding the different stages of identifying, managing hazards and performing a Risk assessment. The course has definitely helped me understand how to apply the topics learned in my everyday activities.”

“Enjoyed the information given, lots I didn't know, the downside was being dyslexic, I found the amount of questions and time given, sent me into panic mode, and after years of not doing exams I found it difficult. Great course, just mind-blowing.”

Thank you for your feedback, Tina. We can provide extra time for the assessment on the basis of making reasonable adjustments for things like dyslexia. But congratulations on passing the course, especially without needing to call upon extra time for the assessment.

“HSQE were very helpful and easy to contact with any questions. The course was very insightful with a wide range of learning areas. It was laid out nicely with easy to follow instructions. “I liked the way you could take the course at a pace and times that suited my personal life. Slides were clear, unambiguous and simple to follow. I thought the self test areas could have been made slightly more difficult to test learning.”

“I chose this course through HSQE for the on-line version of IOSH, to allow for the convenience of revising at times to suit myself. Having taken the course in 2016 in-house over a 4-day period, I am well aware of the potential for time wasted. When working with others, you are having to work at other people pace or the training is only, as good as the educator. The on-line course provides as many recaps, quick quiz and mock tests, to allow confidence in being ready to take the main assessment. Personally, I would recommend this course, particularly if it is for renewing IOSH or you work closely in Health & Safety.”
