“The slides were well thought out and presented. I liked the refresher quizzes and the photo references back to the video footage from the office scenario. I also thought the tasks were a useful addition and helped to consider personal experience however for me they would have been better discussed in a group and I didn't get that opportunity with my colleagues. My recoomdation for improvement would be for the dashbord to show when a course is complete and the certificate issued, as you have to open the course and check down to make sure it is done and finished.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish easy to navigate website. Couse content was set out in a logical and easy to follow way and with everything you need to pass the courses. One thing I would say is there is a lot of reading and potentially a option to have the content read to you would be of benefit. Overall great and very good value for money.”

“I enjoyed taking this course because the the process was very clear and concise. My progress was recorded through each stage and I could dip in when I had the time. The assessments were challenging and the course prepared me well for them. I feel like I have really achieved the qualification, and the way the course is structured will, I'm sure, help me retain the knowledge well into the future. Great course and highly recommended!”

“I want to thank the representatives of the vitalskills organization for the very high-quality service they provided to me as a student during the entire course. The course is very well organized, the lessons are very high quality and clear, and the preparation for the final exam itself and the final project were of great help, which enabled me to successfully complete the course on the first attempt without any problems, even though my native language is not English. I also want to emphasize that the price is very favorable and acceptable and I would highly recommend VitalSkills to everyone who wants to complete one of the wide range of courses offered by the VitalSkills organization and who have doubts about where to do it.”

“I was very please with the service provided, had a couple of teeting issues on my end , which the support team helped me resolve following there instructions. I then had a few issues with getting my final assessment sent which again I made a call and was guided on how best to send it. I got my results through very quickly. I would highly recommend HSQE to anybody especially if like myself they are not great with a computer”
