“The course was informative and easy to follow. I found it useful being broken out into chapters and the recap quizzes were good repetition to make sure you understood and kept it fun. I haven't received my certificate yet so will look out for it in the post :)”

“I really enjoyed the course. It was easy to follow and had questions to answer throughout (which I find helps information to sink in!) The customer service was great, I had friendly emails offering help at any stage and if I asked a question, they responded within an hour. I would certainly use them again!”

“I was sceptical at first about doing the IOSH managing safely course online instead of in a classroom. I can confirm all my concerns quickly disappeared once I spoke to Vital Skills and got the confirmation that I needed. The course was simple to follow and very informative. The period that you get to complete the course is a massive benefit. I will be using Vital Skills for future courses.”

“I have never participated in one of these courses, and the helpful feedback and guidance, and indeed encouragement I received from Sam Blow was amazing. I was able to resubmit my project and received a pass. I am not able to complete the rest of the survey unfortunately as this pertains to the delivery of the certificate.”

“Always dubious regarding online courses but the format is spot-on, user friendly, and easy to navigate. Course content is to the point and relatable. Will be using HSQE again for further company training.”
