“Over +20 years of my working experience across the various levels in the mining industrial, which I got the chance to be trained with the in-house trainings programs on HSE and have grown my career around those experiences. With this course model training completed, I now seen and appreciate HSE in different dimension. I now understand my legal responsibility and also learn new things to be added to my HSE experiences. With this I wish all of my follow managers undergoes such training.”

Many thanks for your feedback, Mike. The question bank in that course is set by IOSH (the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) and so unfortunately they are not within our direct control. The questions used during the assessment are then selected at random from that question bank. We will, however, pass your feedback on.

“Excellent content. Sometimes the slides took quiet a long time to load up which was frustrating and made it take longer to learn the content. Overall I am pleased though!”

Thank you for your feedback, Ben. While we optimise the course scripts and images the best we can, unfortunately it is the nature of online training that the speed of your local internet connection can slow things down slightly. But we are glad that you were pleased overall!

“Really good to be able to do the IOSH on-line in our own time. Excellent course and very informative. The only thing I would say is that some of the questions in the exam are wrapped up in words so can be a little confusing. But I passed, so thank you for getting me through it.”

“No real issues, thought it was a good course, that allowed you to work at your pace and could go back if needed. Some things that would have made it better for me: - I do like course notes to make notes and emphasise, not option to print. May be for keeping intellectual property, but if somebody wanted to copy, they would spend the time to copy. - An audio version may be of benefit to some, reading the words as they appear on screen. Not a problem to me as I would prefer the reading and making notes on a copy. - When taking the tests, when submitting the answers I didn't think the two options were clear, thought the submit may submit the whole course - There is a time limit on completing the course, have a count down saying how many days to go, caught me out once.”
