“I thought the videos were good but could have been more interactive eg you highlight or circle hazards at a particular point. More regular mini test would help.”

“I took the IOSH course. Although the modules looked daunting when I first logged on, I enjoyed them. I also enjoyed the little exercises throughout the course and some of the more interactive parts on the slides. The slides were easy to understand and clear, and flowed well.”

“I find H & Safety can be a bland subject and the course was very script based. Would have been good to have videos or animations to lift the subject and provide more real life situations.All the exercises provided are PDF's and non- editable which in an online world was not ideal. I produced our own branded versions for the other colleagues in our company to use. Possibly a video explanation on how to do an effective risk assessment would also make all the difference.”

“Concise and factual course with lots of useful resources both for the course and to be used as templates going forward for our business. Everything was clear and easy to use with modules an ideal length to dip in and out of during study periods. Quizzes, assessments and practical assessment instructions were clear and detailed.”

“The course overall is great - full of information kept concise to what you need to know and includes a lot of real life examples. My only criticism is that sometimes I found questions in the mock and real assessments to be a bit confusing. They were written in a way that i didn't always understand what was being asked, or were written in a different way to what was taught in the slides and so it was hard to be certain of the correct answer.”
