“Brilliant course, re-visited and updated a lot of what I already knew and also a good source of information for more in-depth topics that taught me a lot. The course was well written in a format that was easy to follow and allowed you to re-visit anything you needed to. The after-course contact was prompt, informative and friendly.”

“Excellent course with easy-to-follow tutorials, providing good examples of H&S situations that are easy to relate to and understand. Supplemented with check-in quizzes to confirm your learning that allows you to revisit any areas you need to. Great value for money as the course includes the exam and Risk assessment project so you can get your certificate from IOSH upon completion. Thank you.”

“The course was comprehensive and laid out in nice chunks, with manageable assessments and a good timescale for completion. I did notice one thing that I'm not sure was correct: On Module 4, slide 24: reference to regulations from the EU. Does this need updating now that we’re no longer in the EU?”

“The online courses that I have undertaken are very informative and easy to understand and being able to work through them at my own pace made it easier to sit down and focus on them after a day at work. The cost of them is considerably less than other companies which made them accessible to me which was a great bonus. The initial set-up is easy to do by following the instructions and certificates are accessible either immediately via download or sent to you in the post depending on the course you have taken. Any emails that I have sent to the support team have been answered very quickly and guidance is there if you need it. Thank you very much to HSQE for providing easy access to education so people can improve themselves.”

“The course was ok. I had, however, already completed manual handling, asbestos, WAH and various other add-ons, so these shouldn't have needed to be done again.”

Thank you for your feedback. The bonus courses that we provide in our bundles are optional and they do not need to be completed in order to sit / complete the main course in the bundle. That said, many employers require their people to be refreshed on the short courses to keep their knowledge topped-up.

“Although some of the modules are very short, the course does give a good level of knowledge and is easy to work through being well-paced. Support by phone and email is excellent, everyone is very helpful and accessible. Would recommend this course to anyone that needs an IOSH qualification.”
