“The package I received had clearly burst open at some stage, and was then resealed. The blanket inside was slightly dirty, showing it had been on the floor. The blanket works satisfactorily, so I photographed the package but did not complain, though sorely tempted.”

“10/10 for speedy delivery and customer care - when I called and said that I ordered the wrong size MYLEK fleece electric blanket the customer service operator was very polite and helpful. I reordered the correct size - Double. Very good quality so I ordered another one in a Kingsize. I want to order another one in the Kingsize for myself but they are out of stock. Hope it's not too long before they are back in stock.”
