“I thought I'd already reviewed my purchase. I said the coffees were excellent but on balance Preferred the Brazilian santos medium roast ( which my wife likes) as one can have a second cup with no after effects. Does the 10 % discount apply to the taster kits? Could not see the Discount when I filled in the order from so did not proceed”

“Higgins provides a wide range of distinctive coffees available in small quantities( in normal times) so it is easy to try different types before deciding which you prefer. I buy unground beans and only drink coffee in the morning, without milk or sugar. I didn't like the 1942 blend - strong, rather bitter with a hint of tobacco - but with cream it would probably be fine, so I have put the beans in the freezer and I will use it in making Tiramisu. I particularly enjoy the soft, earthy, autumnal Indian Malabar and the Brazil Daterra Bruzzi. Ordering on line is easy and delivery swift. I will continue experimenting with different types.”

“H.R Higgins coffee is some of the best out there however be careful when buying from the shop as 50% of the time you will be given beans when you ask for ground and visa versa, especially when you are buying three or four different types of coffee. Annoying when you get home and try to make cafetiere coffee only to find the beans have not been ground as requested.”

“It was my first time to order coffee online during a COVID19 lock down time, they arrived very fast, the quality was super - made my afternoon coffee time very special! 1942 Blend is highly recommended if you don't like a deep roast.”

“All your coffees are excellent. My wife likes the coffee best prepared through The filter papers as there are no grounds to spoil the taste. I particularly liked The brazilian santos medium roast. It's not too strong and easy to have more Than one cup without suffering side effects. I am always keen to try different Brands”

“I'm very happy to be visiting Mr Higgins again, even if it is at a safe distance - 50 odd miles away! My home delivery order came promptly and the coffee is, of course, up to the usual standard. I have been an occasional shopper with you since the late 1970s.”
