“The speed of delivery is excellent and I thoroughly enjoy the coffee selections (espresso) although I do not stick to the recommendation of what bean can be used for espresso. The fruit teas are also excellent.”

“Appreciating quick delivery with short lead time from the on-line order to home delivery. However, parcel packaging is very poor because of the parcel box damage. Please consider to improve packing way such as by using harder parcel box and bagging the contents by plastic bag. Kind regards Nakamoto”

“I have few word than absolutely love the service and the coffee from HR Higgins. It is not easy to get good single source Cuban or Peruvian coffee in the UK. So we are very glad that we found it at HRH's. Delivery is quick and its easy to order online. The cuban coffee is smooth and flirty and absolutely delicious.”

“I have been a customer of H R Higgins for over 30 years. For the last 5 I have been using their online service having before always gone to their shop just off Bond Street. My visits to the shop allowed to talk about coffee and tea to staff and to Mr Higgins. Their impressive knowledge has been acquired over many years of fulfilling their quiet passion for coffees and teas across the World. This concerns how and where it is grown and harvested, right up to its appearance in their shop or warehouse. These coffees and teas are delicious and come very well package to retain their freshness. In my coffee and tea I currently have 15 different teas, each of which I re-order. Ordering from the warehouse by phone or on line is very straightforward and I am delighted with each delivery.”
