“It has all worked out in the end. The delivery process, where the first courier failed to gain access to us and returned the goods, so that you offered us a refund. Following that we re-ordered and now have the product. We now have the product because we have returned to Suffolk whither the coffee was sent. When the first courier “failed to gain access” he or she probably means that he or she couldn’t find us. This is understandable because our Suffolk location is hard. So well done the second courier. However, all this kerfuffle should have been avoided. Our order clearly set the delivery at our address in London (12 Melcombe Regis Court, 59 Weymouth St, W1G 8NS) and we were there to receive it.”

“Well, what can l say l’ve been a customer for quite a number of years. The online web site is very easy to order tea, coffee etc. Prices are reasonable priced, very good quality tea and every else sold. Well worth visiting the website if you enjoy drinking tea and coffee. Recommend the lovely tea and everything else too. Lovely and thank you. Will certainly be buying again.”

“Of my samples I enjoyed most Creole and 1942. I think I will order one of those, particularly as I have a £5 voucher to use. I do like my coffee to be black and strong and these two seemed to work for me. Thank you for supplying the tasting samples. Most helpful.”

“If I’m being honest all three trial bags were average nothing exceptional but nothing bad either. Personally I’ve had much better single origin coffees that tasted better and were better value too!”

“I ordered two different types of tea trial sets. Delivery was very quick but arrived two same ones. I called the office and told about it then the lady on the phone immediately sent me the correct one. She told me to keep the wrong one as compliment from them. I always impressed with the quality of their products and the customer service.”
