“I ordered a substantial amount from Higgins as gifts and coffee for myself, it is probably my fault to a certain degree but I didn’t check the box entirety and I was quite taken aback as the two coffee containers I ordered were not in in the box! Shame really as it was to go with the coffee I’d bought as a gift! Plus I ordered a measuring spoon which again I’ve not received .”

“I have been buying my coffee from Higgins for over 40 years. This is because they have simply the best coffees I have ever tasted. Their pure coffees are of the highest quality, as are their blends, which are superb. I also like their support of ethically produced coffee. Their deliveries are always sent on time and during the lockdowns, I particularly appreciated that so very much. I also love their gift sets - so beautifully packaged.”

“If you are ever in London then a visit to the Duke St shop is a must. My first visit was in 1990 and been hooked ever since. Thankfully for those occasions when you can’t, Mail order is available. For a great floral tea try Blue Lady, and for an amazing coffee with no bitterness it’s Kibo Chagga. Tourists go to Fortnums; aficionados go to Higgins. It’s the best kept secret! Oh and customer service is like John Lewis on steroids! A++++”
