“I have ordered coffee from HR Higgins for several years. Initially I came into the shop in Mayfair but have been ordering online for +5years. Like many people I am now working from home and therefore ordering and drinking more coffee in the home v's our office/coffee shops. Higgins order system, delivery and customer service has been excellent even in these more challenged times”

“Ordered online. This has been my third order. The website is user friendly and easy to use. Delivery has always been prompt and coffee has been correctly packed and adequately protected. Whilst more expensive than some of their direct competitors their selection of coffee is first rate as is their reliability.”

“Higgins has always provided a highly efficient online service. The website is easy to use, responding well to iPad access. Not all websites respond well to an iPad. The quality of the tea and coffee is excellent and the variety is well worth investigation. The packaging is first class and the delivery time is always short. Love Mr Higgins's blogs. The icing on the cake.”

“I have been buying coffee beans from H R Higgins since 1996 when I started work in Mayfair. I'm retired now and living on the south coast but I wouldn't go any where else for coffee. The best!”

“I enjoy drinking the delicious morning blend every morning. I went to London last August and bought some beans. After returning to Japan, I gave some of them to the vice president of our university. Now, the president loves them too. I wish we could drink the university's original blend someday.”

“Easy to use web site, which is always a plus! My Autumn Tea is wonderfully fragrant, and any left in the pot is used to soak the fruit for my Christmas cakes; so no waste at all. Brilliant service, and you sound like a very merry bunch - thank you!”
