“No questions about the coffee - fantastic! Delivery after Brexit - nightmare. Well, you asked me about the latest delivery. I fear, it didn‘t arrive yet. The coffee seems to be still at a UPS warehouse somewhere in Germany without any motion…. No news when the parcel is going to be delivered to me. A pity…”

“I was disappointed to be sent 2 bags of coffee that were labelled with a best before date 2+ months beyond the date of delivery. When I emailed to notify HR Higgins of this, I was told this was a labelling error, hard to know if this is true or not, coffee beans seem ok but different to previous batches I have tried.”
