“I am a regular buyer of coffee beans from H R Higgins but this item was the first accessory I have bought from them. The glass teapot is well-designed to be nicely balanced when held. It is fine for a single cup/mug which was what I wanted. Service by Higgins was as expected: prompt and well-packed. Recommend.”

“The Vienna Blend coffee was disappointing. I have ordered this coffee before and enjoyed it but on this occasion it did not arrive in good condition. I placed my order on 6th July but the coffee was not delivered until 10th despite my being charged £6 for postage. The weather was very hot at this time which might explain the deterioration of the coffee.”

“I was one of the shielded people during lockdown and because life was so very limited Sue and I decided to go through each of the coffees Higgins sell. It was a fascinating thing to do. We regularly keep 8 of their coffees which gives us a fair choice dependent on mood. We now only drink Higgins's coffee. We stay with a friend when in London and make sure he always has Higgins coffee. H.R. Higginsare a pleasure to deal with is a typical family firm evidenced by its excellent customer service. They are a pleasure to deal with. Any, and they are very very few, hiccups are quickly sorted. If in London call in the shop and have a tea or coffee. Very highly recommended.”

“The beans arrived promptly...and did exactly what it said on the packet The Creole blend was Rich. Flavoursome and was as smooth as a bucket of frogs I'm a bit of a peasant with cofffee in that I spoil it by adding cream and a little coconut sugar..so the true test were the two of my friends that i made a cup for (separately) They take if black...were tasting blind aa I gave no indication what I was giving them other than it was a 'new' coffee Both commented without provocation on how delicious it was 👌”
