“I have bought from H. R. Higgins in their London shop, through domestic as well as international delivery service and the experience gets top marks regardless of the service. Of course being in the shop also has an advantage of hearing from the experts about products I wanted to buy. Beautiful shop with a nice cafe downstairs.”

“As an avid coffee drinker, it pays dividends to occasionally change where one purchases coffee beans from. Having done an internet search and reviewed various companies, I can upon H.R.Higgins and their excellent descriptions of the various coffee products. I purchased the Creole Blend, Peruvian and Colombian blend beans and I have to say, terrific flavour and taste. So, very happy to highly recommend this company for their excellent service and very prompt delivery.”

“I’ve been a customer for decades and greatly enjoy their excellent teas and coffees. I mix 5 different kinds of coffee beans and find that the end result is a better than any individual coffee on its own as each contributes something to enrich the final brew. On the other hand I like to match different teas to what I’m eating. For example, Lapsang Souchong goes well with smoked salmon and Rose Congou with sweetish fruit such as mango. EarlGrey is a good all rounder and Afternoon blend really does enhance the kind of foods in an afternoon tea and also fried egg and bacon in a brioche bun!”

“We have been buying all our teas from H.R. Higgins for more years than I care to count! The teas really are a very different product to those you can buy from the supermarket and the website and delivery service are both excellent. I simply can't imagine ever going elsewhere for tea now that we've found our favourites from the range offered although we're still a bit sad that "Country House Blend" was discontinued about ten years ago!”
