“Terrific online service, the coffee arrives very quickly. And when it does, it's wonderful! Opening a new bag of Higgins' coffee is one of life's joys! The smell is wonderful and it's always a great cup of coffee. One of my favourite shops in London.”

“As ever the best coffee. Went for a kilo of the Brazil Dark and Light roast so that I can have a taste comparison. Both are delicious. Both give a delightful start to the day. Asked for a delay in delivery and this worked perfectly. Many thanks to you all .”

“My father started having coffee from you in the early Seventies and I took up the baton when he died (in the Eighties). I had a break for some years but recently started ordering again from you and have been as pleased as ever. The Brazil Santos is still my favourite coffee although I did try the taster pack, just to see, when ordering again for the first time a couple of months ago. Excellent service too. I used to order via phone but the website is very good and easy for a technophobe to use.”

“To be honest it all went into freezer as I had just been given 250g of a ground coffee from Peru. Your records will tell you my orders are annual. Only comment is that I have been disappointed by cut-back of very dark roasts. Alasdair”
