“Excellent service as always. They said it might be a little delayed because of staff shortages but it still arrived 2 days later which was what I expected when I placed the order. And the coffee is pretty good too. The only very minor criticism is that I got an email notification at almost every stage from order to delivery plus email and text updates from the carriers as well. I like to be kept informed but that was almost too much information.”

“Higgins coffee has always been the best, but the service is really superlative. Helpful people who are actually nice. I bought some Colombian Supreme that came here to SW Ireland in just a couple of days. Once when I had a delivery issue, not caused by them, they sorted it out cheerfully and quickly.”
