“I have been buying Continental beans from Higgins for forty years which in itself tells a story,the place,the people and the product all add to the experience. Because if Covid I have started to use the on line service which is so good I sadly dont go to the shop so often”

“The coffee is good but I don’t like your new system. For years I used to be able to go to my account and just repeat an order, but now i have to do a one off order each time which doesn’t make me feel a valued customer, (perhaps I’m not). A regular delivery does not suit me as sometimes we get through the coffee in three weeks, sometimes it’s four and it can be five. I thought your old system worked very well and as the saying goes…if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. From order to delivery the service is prompt and i rate you 4* for coffee and delivery”
