“It was sort of fine but 2 problems… one I had to chase to find out when it would be delivered as on order I was not told and the 2nd problem was that I ordered two gifts and they arrived wrapped (as ordered) but I was unable to ascertain without unwrapping one which gift was which. There was no external way of telling and they were the same size. Would have been useful to somehow have been told and irritating to pay for gift wrapping when I had to unwrap one gift to find out what it was.”

“I’ve been hooked on Higgins coffee for 40 years. Good coffee for me is one of life’s essentials and this is always excellent quality with a sumptuous range of flavours. It’s fun browsing the tasting notes. I’m now a postal customer and deliveries are prompt and reliable. I would like to see a few perks restored for loyal customers. I feel that has been a courtesy lost in recent years. Otherwise, I have nothing but praise for the product and the company.”

“Hello Team, what can I say that I haven't said before! Your organic Swiss water decafe is the best coffee ever , I used to drink around 5 cups of Italian coffee a day and buzzz !! I now have 1 cup of caffeinated coffee early morning and I drink the decafe rest of the day its flavour and clean taste is just amazing I love it. When my daughter was visiting in August I made her a caffitiere of Swiss water . she said umm lovely coffee mum. So there you have it . Wonderful coffee . Thank you H R Higgins Blessed Christmas Sylvie .”

“We have been drinking Higgins tea for many years and have tried many of what they have to offer. The Earl Grey Superior and Blue Lady is our favourite tea and have ordered it again and again. Lovely big leaves and wonderful flavour with little to no tannins like you get with regular supermarket teas. They always send out orders quickly.”
