“I ordered online and gave 5 days for delivery
It did not arrive on the specified day
I left telephone messages and emails that evening
No one replied the following morning
I then chased up the local branch who looked at the order and said it should have been on the said date
They then said it would be delivered the day after in the morning
So at 1pm the day after the expected delivery day I chased up again and eventually the order was delivered
This resulted in costs to myself standing down a contractor who needed the good to lay a floor, which has resulted in additional costs of £150 to myself”
