“Delivered quickly and delivery driver was very polite. Phoned me as I was out and left delivery exactly as I said.
Unfortunately I discovered days later when I started cutting one piece of dado had a 12” split in one end and was quite curved. I expect it will be fine for the small cuts. I didn’t contact Howarth as I should have been in to inspect the delivery and there’s no way of proving that I didn’t damage the dado myself. These things happen and I understand that. The rest of the dado lengths were completely straight and the panelling exactly what I wanted. Overall a good experience.”
“Delivery was quoted as 3-5 days, but had to chase after 7 days. They apparently left me a voicemail explaining there were some stock issues (I never received any voicemail) but they would get the order out to me the following Monday, which they managed, but when it arrived it was damaged.
The goods were replaced the following day.
All in all not a disaster, but very frustrating.”
