Delivery was going to be longer than stated but I wasn't informed about this until I chased my order up, so project timeline was overdue with extra costs.
I would have purchased elsewhere and got the job done on time if I had been informed of delay. Was also fobbed off by a branch manager who sounded like he didn't really give a sh1t.
Will not be using this company again.”

“Very good service. I ordered a delivery of topsoil on Sunday; I was contacted on Monday to arrange delivery and the order arrived on Tuesday morning as promised. The driver was very helpful and unloaded the bulk bag of topsoil skillfully into my garden. Only suggestion is to add what length wood comes in - although ordered per meter it would be useful to know longest length available, and sometimes it is easier to just order full lengths.”

I was supposed to be informed of when deliver would be but they just turned up with no warning (no email, jot even in my spam folder and no call). Gravel and soil was as described but don't order unless you are home constantly otherwise you'll miss the unannounced delivery.”
“The Chippings I ordered were perfect for the job and at a very good price. The delivery driver was very helpful and placed the bulk bags just where I wanted them. My only criticism is that I asked for a specific delivery date on the order form and confirmed that via email, but unfortunately I didn't receive any confirmation email/message from the company. So I was left wondering when the stones would arrive. Thankfully they did arrive on the day that I had requested .”
