“Excellent service, goods arrived on time and were placed exactly where I asked. The driver was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone”
“I made my order online the web page was easy to use , there was good options and good info for each item
I paid using PayPal, delivery was within a couple of working days and the delivery driver carried it around the back of my property, very helpful,it was only one 6m length 😉,so all was good will use again thank you .”
“Rubbish service.
Delivery was going to be longer than stated but I wasn't informed about this until I chased my order up, so project timeline was overdue with extra costs.
I would have purchased elsewhere and got the job done on time if I had been informed of delay. Was also fobbed off by a branch manager who sounded like he didn't really give a sh1t.
Will not be using this company again.”
“Very good firm to deal with . Had some deck boards delivered actually gave me longer boards because the ones I ordered weren’t available. Plus the Dorothy delivered was on time and very helpful would definitely use again”
“Recently purchased two bulk bags of cotswold stone chippings from Howarth Timber. Price was excellent and dilvery was quick. Delivery driver was friendly and professional. All round great service.”
“Very good service. I ordered a delivery of topsoil on Sunday; I was contacted on Monday to arrange delivery and the order arrived on Tuesday morning as promised. The driver was very helpful and unloaded the bulk bag of topsoil skillfully into my garden. I rate the staff at the Derby branch very highly as I've always received friendly, helpful and efficient service from them over the past twenty years I've been a customer.”
“Second time I've used Howarth Timber for delivery of bulk items and again I'm impressed with the ease of ordering, communication and helpfulness of the delivery driver. Quality goods and quality service.”
