“I had ordered an ENKI product from Amazon but they sent the wrong item. I went direct to ENKI who shipped the correct shower head. I am very pleased with the quick service and quality of the product which is now installed and working fine. The shower head can be dismantled for deep cleaning should you wish to do so. The chrome plating is good quality and the internal shell finished to an acceptable standard. Seals and water filters all fine too.”

“Struggled to get two to seal to upstands had to use different seals than the ones provided but the tap was of good quality”

“I purchased a thermostatic bath mixer and it arrived well packaged and within the delivery timescale indicated. Unfortunately I can't review the actual product as it has yet to be installed but the company is one I would consider using again.”

“Found Enki as the shower package I was seeking was out of stock everywhere but Enki had item. Item came next day as promised & looks very good. Can't say if any problems as not being fitted until around 3rd week of Nov as a full refit is underway. Would use again hope customer service will be good should I have any issues.”

“To quote Trading Standards when I spoke to them this week, "the items bought are substandard and not fit for purpose. This is a breach of contract" Be very wary buying from this company. They advertise a 10 year guarantee, but we've had multiple documented faults, and the company has refused to help in anyway, beyond the copy / pasted 'We're very sorry blah blah'. We spent over £300 on our shower. The head was so blocked up it was unusable within 6 months. Now 2 years down the road, the temperature tap has simply snapped off. Poor quality manufacture, backed up by a total lack of customer service. If you want a product that lasts longer than 6 months look elsewhere.”

“Bought a thermostatic mixer tap 18 months ago and then started having problems with it. Contacted house of Enki and thought I would have to buy a new tap and they told me they sold replacement parts. Customer service was fast and amazing and parts was next day delivery.”
