“An unhappy ex customer! After just 15 months from new the thermostat handle splines had stripped with the plastic handle. Had to buy another!! Even then I was unable to reset the control to 38 degrees as per the instruction manual , which is actually a very poor English translation from wherever it was manufactured!! Will never use House of Enki again!”

“The customer service is excellent. Staff were extremely helpful. I advised I was needing to order 2 taps but my main issue was that I had to colour match to my sink so could be ordering knowing that I could potentially have to return both. I was advised this would not be an issue at all. I was sent additional photos of both taps so I could see them in a different light. Again, very helpful and excellent customer service.”

“I am surprised and happy of having found the House of Enki. It is so difficult to find a thermostatic shower tabs to put directly on the bathtub. It is so handy and important that the temperature is controlled and safe. The House of Enki saved me, I looked everywhere for this type of shower tabs and finally I found it at the House of Enki. The whole process from ordering and the delivering was so smooth and quick. The delivery man came on the minute he said he would. Thank you, House of Enki.”

“Initially i was not hopeful if finding spares for my shower, but by the power of google i found ENKI actually had a web site, and offered spares. Very easy to use site, and had my spares within a couple of days. No more searching, or as i have done in the past buy another shower after 2 years.”
