“This is my third pair of slippers of the same design. I was disappointed that the inner sole lining was only stuck down on the heel section which means that when you remove your foot the lining rucks up. Not a good design”

“I have not received yet my order, but although the process of my order was very fast, (I chose DHL for fast delivery) I was shocked on the price I had to pay extra, which almost equals the value of my order, ie. 75 Euros, if I knew it, of course I would have thought twice before placing the order. It was not mentioned anywhere that extra fees for custom clearance is to be paid by the customer. Therefore it is very rare that I will try again. ZK”
