Straightforward purchase process. Slippers delivered successfully. Quality was as expected - however, I ordered dark brown & slippers that arrived were blue. Decided to keep anyway.

I can't comment yet as the pixie slippers are an Xmas present. I paid extra to have the slippers wrapped, so have not actually seen them! Wrapping looks okay.

I would love to be able to write a review to say how much I love my UGG pj's however I've yet to receive them! After paying a premium price for delivery for RoyalMail Tracked 48 on the 26th of November I still don't have my order! As a result, won't be ordering again from house of slippers.

I think would be good if the returns label was sent with the original order! A paper label, especially for older customers without a printer!
