“I have had these particular slippers before and usually buy in a shop. The shop has closed now so when I saw House of Slippers sell them ordered a pair. They were swiftly sent to me and I had a discount on my first order. Will certainly order again with this company.”

“Returned slippers-colour of each slipper did not match each other! Is there no checking before being sent out or is that because they're cheaper than elsewhere!!!”

“Slightly disappointed the box was so damaged on arrival as they were a present so didn’t give an impression of being new from the outside. All ok inside. Suspect these had been returned previously as the box was stuck together with tape.”

“Product return took a long time and only after numerous emails were sent. Despite paying the £1 returns label fee at the time of purchase they still claimed they had not received the slipper. I sent confirmation from the post office and finally, they said they would deal as soon as they could. Still took over w week for the refund to be issued. Will not use it again.”

“I still haven't received what I paid for. Waited a month since placing the order.. and have just been resent the parcel with the same size slippers I sent back! Very frustrating. I have now spent more money on returns than actually getting a pair of slippers that fit. If I could leave 0 stars I would.”

“Pleased with my slippers. The wide fit is very comfortable, with leather padded uppers and a good sole. My previous supplier (also German) no longer make them, and I could not find what I was looking for online or in the shops.”
