Whilst we do offer free shipping, we currently do not offer free returns, we do however allow one free exchange per order. We offer the easy returns service whereby you pay £1 for a prepaid returns label to make any returns as easy as possible. We do continuously monitor this situation but the general feedback from our customers is that this is a service they like because it means they can shop knowing the returns are taken care of with that £1 prepaid returns label.
