“Warm and cosy but much more room than expected. I tried putting in another layer of foam to take up the slack but this did not help. I had expected the cross over would help but it was still a little too loose. Not sure if the next size down would fit.”

“Placed an order for a pair of slippers on 13/12/22. Ticked the box to also order a prepaid returns label for £1. Invoice received and I had been charged for 2 prepaid returns labels. Emailed House of Slippers asking them to refund one of them. Reply received from Misbah 14/12/22 advising order already dispatched with 2 prepaid returns labels so no refund. Slippers received 15/12/22 with just one prepaid label. Emailed House of Slippers to again request a refund of £1. No reply. No refund. I will not use this company again.”
