Hi Verenna, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear the pair did not fit as expected. Unfortunately, the sizing is what is given by the manufacturer and not set by us. We do find that all brands can vary slightly with their fittings and I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused. “Beautiful slippers but disappointed that the heel backs were too soft to be able to put on without bending down to pull them on. The whole reason for paying for a good slipper was to avoid this problem. But otherwise I can't fault them.”
