“I received the size 4 slippers quite quickly but even though I’m a smallish size 4 they were way too small. I have returned them for an exchange to a size 5. So I would advise anyone ordering this style to go up a size.”

“Great range of slippers and the order arrived promptly and accurately. I ordered two pairs and had to return one. Prudently I had purchased a return label with the original order. I would have preferred an exchange but there was no obvious way online to order an exchange and I couldn't face the inevitable hassle of an attempted telephone transaction, so I simply took a refund. The company loses a star because in comparison with the best suppliers it has a second rate returns mechanism.”

“GOOD SLIPPERS BUT SADLY I HAD TO RETURN THESE SLIPPERS AS THEY WERE TOO NARROW AND THEREFORE TOO SMALL. I ORDERED A REPLACEMENT PAIR EXTRA WIDE FIT AND A LARGER SIZE WHICH ARRIVED TODAY AND ARE A PERFECT FIT. THANK YOU”

“Great service, dispatched quickly but delivery held up by postal strike, still only a couple of days late. The quality of the slippers appears to be good, but only time will tell. The second time I’ve used House of Slippers and will certainly use them next time slippers are required. Thank you.”

“Slippers arrived promptly and were as described. Looking at previous reviews, we ordered a size larger and these were still not roomy. Probably not suitable for someone needing a wider fitting as the toe end a bit snug. However my husband is pleased with their cosiness!”
