“Hush puppy boot slippers purchased as a gift. Lovely item, as described in the advert. Good price and excellent customer service. Hoping they will suit my daughter in law at Christmas. Will buy from house of slippers again”

“These were a replacement for my old sheepskin moccasins. Which a. Are too expensive and b. Never seem to come in pink in a size 9. So i thought Id give these a go. I am so impressed. They are warm and cozy,wide enough at the toe and stay on my feet. And so comfortable. What was even better I got a second pair half price. Two pairs cost me less than one of my old ones. The only improvement would be to be able to turn the top back a little. Having big feet, I find this gives the illusion of slightly smaller feet. Very happy. Thank you.”

“The slippers arrived as ordered but I will never order from House of Slippers again. My elderly mother was in hospital when the slippers arrived and I was unable to try them on with her. The company has been very inflexible with returns. I was just over a week late returning one pair ( I kept one pair) and they will not issue a refund because I am "way outside" their 30 day return policy. Poor customer service. I am very disappointed and will look elsewhere in future.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear you are displeased, our returns period is 30 days from the date of delivery as specified on the website, which is more than double the standard period of 14 days. I am really sorry about the circumstances; we are very fair with our returns policy and had we been informed of the delay prior to the slippers being returned we would have gladly extended this for you, but we had no communication about the delay. We cannot offer to refund you on this occasion but are happy to accept the order back as we do not want you to be left with a pair that you cannot use. We have offered you Store Credit for the value of the order that you have 90 days from issue to redeem and this can be used on any of our websites as an alternative to the refund.
