“I ordered 10 slippers out of which 3 slippers not the righ size I requested for my children!! Same happened before! It seems that if the size requested not available they give you any size!”

“Thank you for the speedy delivery of my slippers, which arrived in perfect condition via my trusty postman so no need to worry about my parcel being left on a wet doorstep or worse still, somebody else’s!.. And, since I make every effort to avoid buying from Amazon if I possibly can, I really appreciated the note from James, enclosed with my parcel, which confirmed that my purchase was ‘helping him to buy a house rather than sending their CEO into space’. That’s so good to know. 👍🏻”

“Ordered some slippers for my mum for xmas, delivery was good, product was very nice but they came up too small so had to return, this is when it all fell apart. It is now nearly 4 weeks since i returned the item and i’m still waiting for my refund! I’ve received an email saying they’ve acknowledged my return so really not sure what the issue is?! I’ve contacted them twice now, same excuse each time, we’re busy, please wait a bit longer!”

“The service was phenomenal, ordered Friday evening, instant acknowledgement and dispatched on Saturday via Royal Mail, who delivered on Monday! What more can you ask for? Only had the slippers a few days so it's early days as to how they wear, but certainly comfortable. Cannot thank House of Slippers enough”

“The slippers are lovey they were 19.99 and then delivery was €20 and then when they were sent to Ireland DHL said I owed anther €20 that made them expensive in the end it made the slippers expensive I didn’t know there was going to be another €20 in the end I wish I had the full amount in the first place”
