“Came across this company by accident, so glad I did , I usually find buying slippers for a gift a bit of a non event , but this company and products have changed my mind . Excellent Quality products and a very good price, also comes nicely presented in a box with tissue, so makes a perfect gift .i definitely recommend this company and it’s excellent products will definitely use again in the future .Thank you House of Slippers”

“I bought the slippers as a christmas present for my mum. They are very well made, classy and a lovely shade of berry. Ideal for winter inside but will allow for stepping outside if needed due to hard wearing sole. The cotton lining also is a lovely material and gives a very fresh feel. Ideal for my mum.”

Dear Patricia, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this, we do offer a Price Promise service on the website which is valid for 7 calendar days after the purchase was made. We are more than happy to discuss this with you, please can you kindly get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to look into this. Just to clarify, because we do offer free delivery, we are unable to offer free returns at present but we do offer the prepaid returns label for £1 to counteract this and allow one free exchange per order.
