“Really like the Totes Popcorn Mules, the instep support is brilliant. I don't wear any other slippers.”

“My husband needed slippers that supported his feet and ankles with open toes. Not easy to find. They fit well, arrived quickly and he is very satisfied with them. The only reason for 4, not 5 stars is that they ideally could be even more supportive, but probably asking too much!!”

“I have returned these because I the description the soles were not black; however when they arrived soleswere black. We have just been advised to avoid black soled slippers on the carpet.”

“Loved the product, well made, look great, but l ordered a 7 which is my size & have always been with slippers (ie M & S ) but found this really tight & uncomfortable , lm hoping they will give a bit .”

“Bought slippers for my mum who has very swollen feet. She doesn't usually like these type of slipper, I put them on and is still wearing them, she says they are really comfortable and they have good soles so won't slip. Thank you”

“Very disappointed with awful service. Went on for weeks and ended up with nothing. I'm surprised you have the nerve to ask me. These were ordered as a Christmas present for goodness sake! Plus: we did not order "mule" slippers”

Your initial order was placed on 02/12/22 and delivered on 08/12/22 as per the Standard Delivery you chose and this was then returned back to us due to a sizing issue, we have processed the refund for you. “Overall very disappointing. The 2 pairs of slippers we ordered arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the mens Hush Puppies slippers were very poor quality, did not fit at all well and both laces broke when I tried to tighten them to help make them fit more snugly. I returned them for a refund and they arrived back the next working day. But it then took 2 full weeks before anyone even acknowledged that they had been received and nearly 2 more weeks to get a refund. I was repeatedly told they were snowed under with returns, which either means they have a high proportion of poor products or they do not treat returns with any urgency, given the ability to deliver new orders in a couple of days. This would definitely affect my willingness to use this company again. The constant chasing for the refund was just too much hassle.”

“Great selection of slippers. I found just what I was looking for. Received confirmation email after purchasing. Delivery was a few days later. Only thing I would say is that the slippers I purchased was advertised as Medium 5/6 but on the sole of the slipper it is 4/5.”
