“Good quality purchase. Bought as a gift as the preference was full slippers. Nice design and good service. Purchased with another pair of slippers that I've sent back to exchange the size. Will review them once the exchange is complete.”

“I sent for two pairs of slippers as unsure of sizing. Both pairs were far two small and very narrow. I tried several times to print a return label as nt provided. It cost £11.15. To return slippers. I won’t be using or recommending this firm again”

We do provide every customer with the opportunity to purchase a prepaid returns label with their order for £1 extra to make returns as easy as possible, we also allow one free exchange per order. “Great selection of slippers at good prices. Maybe a good thing to get their £1 return label and buy different sizes as we found the men slippers came up a bit small. Can’t comment on the ladies as not tried any. Would use again providing the slippers purchased wear as well as they look.”
