Hi Andrew, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this. The date of birth request is a Klarna requirement, as Klarna is our gateway for all debit/credit card payments all orders automatically qualify for this check. This is a service we offer whereby the customer can pay for the purchase at a later date if they choose to and one of the requirements for that is that Klarna request you provide your date of birth. We do not receive this information and our systems do not store the date of birth for our respective customers. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused or if you found this request to be offensive in any manner, we did not mean to offend or make you feel uncomfortable.
