“I ordered the wide size but I’m not so sure these ARE wide!!! They are very tight & although the label on the box said wide the slipper label said just ‘5’ which I initially thought was a mistake but after wearing them I now realise wasn’t!!!!! But I’ve worn the 1 pair now, thrown away the packaging & have the 2nd pair in the wardrobe ready for the charity shop!! I have a broken wrist at present( which is why I had to order online) but the minute Incan drive I’ll be off to get a pair of well fitting slippers !!!!!!”

“Ridiculous returns policy - had to return a pair of slippers will only issue a credit note. Had to return the other slippers I had ordered in order to avoid loosing my money. Customer service poor and rude. Will never use again”

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear you are displeased. Unfortunately, we were unable to issue a refund as the item was returned outside our already extremely generous returns period. Our 30-day returns period is more than double the minimum of 14 days, as we do recognise that sometimes a bit more time is needed to arrange things. We offered to accept the pair back in return for Store Credit as we do wish to provide a suitable alternative to a refund. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. “Andover has the hardest heel for a slipper. I was expecting the heel to be a softer material with some bounce - something lightweight and gentle on the foot. Instead its heavy and thonks down, reverberating in your foot bones. There is no internal cushioning. so instead of something soft you feel like you're walking barefoot on a pavement. I bought a pair of gel insoles for it - still too hard. then a pair of cushioning insoles - so i've spent an extra £12 on insoles and still the slipper is clunky. you expect comfort from a slipper.This is NOT recommended”
