Ordered Slippers in Chestnut you sent Black. Phoned you up was told sorry for that we have size 6's in stock. Returned the Black ones, only to be told you were now out of stock of size 6 Chestnut. Given refund. You should have kept one of the size 6's out for exchange. My review is CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. CUSTOMER BEWARE YOU MIGHT NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED

Very disappointed the slippers were bigger than stated more like a size9 than an 8 were falling off my feet

Although the slippers from Comatoes are brilliant & my husband likes them, they do come up small - be warned, buy a size bigger to save you exchanging goods from the 'house of slippers' they state free returns & exchanges, maybe if bought full price, however the slippers I bought (size 10) were bought with the price reduced, (flash sale) as stated this make comes up really small, but they are fab quality & really nice so I had to exchange them, same slipper, same colour but size 11 ( my husband has never worn a size 11 - ever) . Upon exchanging them, the price of the slipper had gone back to full price, not only did I have to pay for the difference, I also had to pay for postage for the exchange. The difference was £10.00 . When I questioned & complained about this, they would not pay the difference. NOT happy & will not be buying from house of slippers again. The score is low for service from house of slippers & not the actual slippers from Comatoes.

As I have not received my slippers which were ordered on 25th November I am very disappointed in the service.

Disappointed! Very snug fit. Exchanged for next size up but they looked no bigger than original pair just with different size stamped on bottom. Keeping these as I can’t afford postage to keep sending back.

Hopeless, wouldn't even change the size, so they lost a sale over £100 and charged me postage. Then asked me how did l like my lovely new slippers.!!! Needless to say I won't ever order anything from this company again.

Excellent slipper, wide without being sloppy because of velcros fixing. Wears really well, last pair lasted over 2 years with continual wear. Surface sponges clean in case of spillage. Non slip sole good on laminate and carpeted floors.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. I do apologise for the problem which occurred with your order. There was an issue with our system when you placed the order, which meant that you weren't charged for the Toms. Therefore we cancelled the pair immediately. I received 2 left feet slippers. Different sizes. Very disappointed. Hopefully it will be sorted out.

The post charge is ridiculous and then if that is not bad enough you get charged virtually the same to return the item if it isn’t suitable . All in all add £8 on to any price you see to play safe . Read the return section carfully before placing a order. I’ve learnt a lesson using this company,never again.

Hi, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with the refund that we provided. The postage charge is for the express service, which you specifically chose at the checkout. We do offer a free delivery service which you did not go for. The returns charge of £3.50 is for the prepaid returns label which you used. The charge for this is specified on our website. Again I am sorry if you are unhappy, however the deductions from your refund are normal and reasonable. Best regards, James.

I am 100% sure the wrong size was given to me as my brother has fitted Ted Baker slippers for years and this one he didn't by far. Box did not look new either. Not impressed. Have returned.

Terrible! Please cancel my order as I am fed up of chasing when my parcel will be delivered! This was promised some time ago and apparently delivery was attempted but NO card was left and someone was in all day. Therefore I cannot go to the RM depot to pick the parcel up and House of slippers take no responsibility of their courier service and expect you to chase RM continuously. Very annoyed and dissatisfied customer.

Item ordered a month ago but not delivered. Company will not refund or send a replacement until Royal Mail have investigated. I work for a smallish company selling online and we always send a replacement as soon as the customer reports non delivery. It's called Customer Service. Waiting for Royal Mail to investigate takes an age and very rarely will they admit liability.

Placed order on 30th October, payment taken straight away but 14 days later I still haven’t received my order! I have phoned several times and each time I’ve been told they will look into where my order is and phone me back but I’ve heard nothing! Not happy!
