I can confirm we did respond to your initial email query within 1 working day with full instructions on how to return the order. Apologies, our phone lines closed on Christmas Eve and are due to open again from 04/01, we have got the revised hours available on the website so our customers are aware of this during the festive period. “Great choice available from HOS and finally chose a pair which were loved but needed to be one size bigger to fit perfectly so went to try and return and it’s a bit of a faff if you didn’t purchase a return label for £1 when you buy your slippers and they don’t have the size available in the style I bought so you can’t exchange for a different pair and only choice is to now return for a refund and pay £4 for a return label! Most places do offer free returns nowadays so beware! Will definitely buy from here again but really need to buy the return label as well guys.”
