“The slippers were good but the size too small. I am a size 6 and ordered M but could not get them on.”

“I received the size 4 slippers quite quickly but even though I’m a smallish size 4 they were way too small. I have returned them for an exchange to a size 5. So I would advise anyone ordering this style to go up a size.”

“Had I tried on these slippers in a shop I don’t think I’d have bought them as they are somewhat wide on my narrow feet. However, having received them promptly, I’ve kept them and apart from the width issue am very happy with them, particularly the slip proof soles and would recommend the brand especially if you have wide feet.”

“The slippers looked good, they were advertised as wide fitting. The pointy sooner than fully rounded toe made them an uncomfortable fit for me so have returned them, did give the reason for return in the parcel.”

“Had the brown suede max 67 mules for my husband he’s only worn them for a while and already the fluffy lining is wearing away and leaving bits of brown on the carpet already worn at the back of the heel part not happy with them at all”

“order 2 sizes larger as per other reviews. They were the right length for size 9 1/2 (ordered 11) but VERY narrow. Had them in shoe stretchers for 3 days before I could wear them. But, well made and good quality”

“I have had to jump through hoops to get my refund. Your WILMA slippers did not fit after I washed them as per instructions . I will not be buying from House of Slippers again due to the poor customer service I experienced . Due to this review House of slippers contacted me & apologised and have sent a pair of IVY slippers - neither side out of pocket at the end of the day”

“Boot slipper bought as a present for friend , ordered size 7 , very hard to get on as gap rather small , hopefully they will “ give “ with wear . Otherwise pleased with slipper ….”
