“Vendor was fine. Still deciding what I think of product. Probably very good. Fed up of slippers that collapse after 1 week of use so bought some stuff ones, still getting used to them.”

“I did not receive a card through the door when you attempted to deliver my replacement slippers. I had no idea you were coming ! My replacement order is ready to deliver - no complaints of your service but I cant get throughh to the Post Office number ! PLease help by letting me know when to expect delivery !!!”

“I'm very happy with the price and delivery of the Bella slippers I recently purchased. They will be a gift so they have not yet been used but match the look and quality of my previous Shepard slippers. The box was a little bashed but I am presuming this was due to its journey to me.”

“I thought they were a bargain when they arrived very comfortable and cosy. Unfortunately after a week or two the back seam split on on of them. I’ve tried to upload a photo but don’t think it’s worked.”

“Very happy with this company. I ordered the wrong size the first order and they paid for the postage for return and delivery, no problems. My second order arrived a day early. Nobody can complain at such wonderful service. The slippers are just as they advertise too. Would fully recommend.”

“I love these slippers, very comfy and true to my normal size. The only niggle I have is that when I wear them with socks they pull my socks along so that the socks are hanging off my toes and I have to keep pulling them back up. it looks and feels very funny but seems to be getting better as the fur wears down a bit with use.”
