“I needed to send slippers to myself but not at my usual address. The autofill - like on many sites - drives you crazy. Brought down the postcode from billing address. Didn't notice', package was delayed. HoS people sorted it out well though. Product seems good.”

“Ordered a size 6 slippers but they were very big and loose of my ankles and my feet were slipping out. Not a good fit”

“The slippers looked good, they were advertised as wide fitting. The pointy sooner than fully rounded toe made them an uncomfortable fit for me so have returned them, did give the reason for return in the parcel.”

“Have ordered before. Bought similar slippers to last year unfortunately they seemed too wide for my mum so size 6 was big. She’s needs them secure as she has walking disability. Unfortunately had to send back. But quick service just had to pay £1 to refund so best order elsewhere incase if same problem”

“These slippers are better for my wife than the sort she has been using. They were too shallow causing corns. Our chiropodist told us to get deeper slippers to take pressure off the toes. I am told they are nice and comfortable”

“Slippers are decent, but delivery was quite poor quoted as 2-3 days but took a week too be delivered and was left as dispatched till the Thursday night till I emailed saying if they didn't arrive by the Friday to just cancel the order and refund the money.”
