Thank you for your order and review. Your order was placed on the 10th December and dispatched on the 12th December as we are closed Satuarday & Sunday. As you know Royal Mail are a little behind with deliveries due to their ongoing strikes. We have 2 delivery options on our website (£3.95 standard first class delivery & £7.50 tracked courier delivery). You selected the £3.95 delivery therefore we sent your items by first class post. We're a small business and like everyone else are feeling the effects of rising costs - we cannot afford to send by courier unless that option is specified and paid for. We cannot take responsibility for Royal Mail but will send replacements to you if the socks don't arrive by 20th December.

“The right colour socks were delivered within a week from ordering - all positive. Unfortunately when they arrived, they were the wrong size - i ordered X Large, and Large were delivered. Am still awaiting instructions regarding returns...”

We received the voicemail from Wendy on Friday 4th November and called back later in the afternoon. No one answered so we left a voicemail asking you to call us back or email us. We didn't hear back from you therefore assumed you were using the returns form to send the goods back to us. We will try emailing you today to arrange collection of the item.
