“Fantastic service obtaining hard (impossible?!) to buy tickets! We saw Bruce Springsteen and Taylor Swift through HC this Summer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Dan was fabulous, really proactive and genuinely cared about us having a fantastic experience. We’d definitely get in touch in the future for any event!”

“The customer service we have received from Adam at the hospitality Centre has been fantastic. We had the silver hospitality package for Taylor Swift and the experience was fantastic. Everything on the day ran smoothly and the communication from the hospitality centre was great, making the day even easier amd leaving us with memories that willl last a lifetime. I would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Adam.”

“The experience was everything that I was told I would be getting. Seats was very good and the lounge experience was everything said in the package details. I spoke with Adam mostly on details and information for this event and would recommend getting in contact with them if you are looking to book an event as they was very helpful and answered all questions that I was asking. Will defo be using again for events”

“We had a great time using Hospitality Centre. Whilst none of our group had used a service like this in the past we had many questions which were promptly answered with lots of detail provided to us during the purchase process, and leading up to the event. Receiving our tickets prior to the event all went smoothly and this really eased any worries we had as attendees of our chosen event who were travelling from overseas. After the event had taken place, we all agreed that pricing was fair and in fact well worth the money we had paid! We would definitely all use Hospitality Centre in the future, and we have to mention Dan O'Rourke in particular who was easy to speak to, and prompt in all of our interactions.”

“We’ve just experienced a fantastic night out at Wembley Stadium, seeing the Taylor Swift Era’s Tour show at Wembley Stadium, along with 92,000 others. This is a fantastic night for our family And my nine year year-old daughter absolutely loved it. I can’t think Adam and the team at hospitality Centre enough for sorting everything out for us and making it an experience we’ll remember forever. The seating locations were perfect to view the whole show, even though Wembley is a very large stadium we didn’t seem too far away, And were extremely close to all the amenities. Thank you all very much and we are looking forward to the next one, Whatever that is”

“We attended Taylor Swift Eras tour and couldn’t fault the whole experience. We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff with drinks and goody bags and from that point we’re able to relax and enjoy the pre show food and drink and fantastic seats for a phenomenal show.”

“Dan O'Rourke at the Hospitality Centre organised a private box for 8 people for us at Wembley Stadium for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour. I initially chose the Hospitality Centre because they are official agents for Wembley Stadium. Dan was extremely helpful throughout and responsive to both calls and emails. He explained the booking and dispatch process clearly and we were contacted by Ciaran in the ticket dispatch team about 3 weeks before the concert and received our tickets by email about a week before. Both Dan and Ciaran were great and responsive to my queries running up to the event and entry to the box was seamless. The box itself was superb with a great view and the food, unlimited drink and service were all excellent. I couldn't fault any of it. We all had a great time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan and the Hospitality Centre team to anyone looking for a premium experience.”

“We had another fantastic experience using Adam at the Hospitality Centre. The first time was for Manchester City football tickets. The second was for Taylor Swift at Wembley. Both experiences were first class, the service was brilliant. The tickets / seats and experiences were fantastic both times. Adam and the Hospitality Centre are very highly recommended.”

“It was the first time I had used Hospitality Centre for a Concert, and booked tickets for Springsteen when they were first advised, talked to Dan who delete with my booking, then the long wait hoping tickets come, I should not have worried, we received a email saying tickets are going to be available soon, they were emailed to us with our seat's, block, and row information, which had a great view of the stage, the Hospitality area was in the Bobby Moore lounge, wonderful large area with plenty of seating, food stations and bar, with service people in attendance, DJ playing great music, this was all included in our package, we could have used the lounge after the show for an hour but decided to go straight home, I would definitely use this service again if I wanted to see a Concert, thanks Dan.”

“Nice experience at Wembley, lots of drink outlets (bit too many according to my wife who met me afterwards :-) Good toilet facilities too, unlike a footy match, the ‘users’ are spread out so no queuing all went very smoothly”
